1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using DayPing, you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable laws and regulations.
2. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining account security and keeping your account information accurate. You must not misuse the service or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features are billed according to your selected plan. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and stay active until the end of the current billing period.
Yearly plans can also be cancelled anytime. However, once 7 days have passed since subscription start, cancellation takes effect only after a 3-month notice period from the cancellation request date.
4. Service Availability
We aim to provide a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
5. Limitation of Liability
DayPing is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
